International shipping of Caveman Grill products and accessories within the EU. Read how we arrange fast and reliable delivery, including information on VAT, duties, and payment methods.
Grills
Caveman Grills are transported and delivered fully assembled (palletised) by our freight partner due to their dimensions and weight.
Accessories
• Accessories ordered separately (without ordering a grill) will be shipped by regular parcel service.
• Accessories ordered together with a grill model will be included in the freight without additional shipping charges.
Fixed delivery date
After ordering, Caveman will liaise with the customer and our freight partner to define the exact date for delivery. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order until delivery. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping costs for grills
The cost of shipping grills and accessories depends on your location. The exact shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Customers ordering from the following EU countries (mainland) can order Caveman products online with the following additional door-to-door shipping fees:

Accessories ordered separately (without ordering a grill) will be shipped by regular parcel service for the following additional shipping charges:

Prices shown on our website include applicable value added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
Payment and VAT for EU orders
For deliveries within the European Union the following VAT rules apply:
Deliveries to consumers (B2C)
For deliveries to private consumers within the European Union, the VAT rate of the destination country applies. For example, when goods are ordered and delivered to Germany, the applicable German VAT rate will be charged instead of Dutch VAT.
VAT is declared and paid through the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) system. During checkout the correct VAT rate for the delivery country will automatically be applied, and the final price including VAT will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
Deliveries to businesses (B2B)
For deliveries to businesses within the European Union with a valid VAT identification number, the transaction may be processed under the reverse-charge mechanism. In such cases VAT will not be charged and the VAT liability will be transferred to the customer in accordance with Articles 44 and 196 of the EU VAT Directive. Invoices issued in such cases will include the statement: “Reverse charge – VAT to be accounted for by the recipient”.
Shipping to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway
Shipping costs for grills
Customers ordering from the following non-EU countries (mainland) can order Caveman products online including the following additional door-to-door shipping fees:
• United Kingdom EUR 300,- (*)
• Switzerland EUR 300,- (*)
• Norway EUR 300,- (*)
Shipping Costs for Accessories
Accessories ordered separately (without ordering a grill) will be shipped by regular parcel service for the following additional shipping charges:
Switzerland / United Kingdom / Norway: EUR 35,00 (*)
(*) Products shipped to these countries are exported from the European Union and are therefore charged with 0% Dutch VAT during checkout. Shipments to these countries are supplied under Incoterms DAP (Delivered At Place).
This means that:
• Caveman arranges and pays for transport to the delivery address
• Shipping costs are included in the order
• Import duties, local VAT and other customs clearance charges are not included
The freight carrier responsible for delivery and customs clearance will contact the customer prior to delivery in order to arrange payment of any applicable import duties, VAT or other local taxes to the local customs authorities.
Shipping to all other countries
For customers ordering from all other non-European countries (including the USA), please send us an email to: info@cavemangrill.com . Please state the product(s) of your preference and your delivery address. We will provide a quotation including door-to-door shipping, information on potential import duties and local taxes, and estimated delivery times for final approval.
